"Please don’t book this hotel, we had 3 rooms booked and was bitten by bee bugs not mosquito we even showed the staff but the night manager was incompetent in dealing with this. Although general staff were ok, we stayed in two other locations with no issues. "

"Location and service is great, you dont feel the corporate brainwash but genuine easy and professional service with a team who has been curating clients for some time. The property is 35 years old so indeed can show a bit of Vintage feel, but ot is well maintained. Bed and bathtub are top quality and I recommend to enjoy a sunset at the terrace, followed by a nice Thai Dinner at the Phranan Restaurant. The grotto restaurant is okay food and would need a twist of modernityor better ingredients and the best views are for late lunch instead of dinner.the excursion specialist is really helpful and dont miss to do a bit of rock climbing or enjoy a private sunset. The spa is gorgeous, you feel really relaxed there with great treatment like the signature massage. I hope to come back to further e?Florence these beautiful and active resort!"

"We booked the Villa Pool and it was very comfortable for our week stay. Bed super comfy - 9/10. Breakfast was all-out excellent! Staff were amazing -particular shout out to Yob who was informative and patient in driving us up to the Villa almost every day. We loved our stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at BlueSotel SMART Krabi Aonang Beach Adults Only and would definitely return. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a stylish design and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The adults-only concept makes the atmosphere especially quiet and peaceful. The rooftop pool is a highlight, with beautiful views and a great place to relax after a day out. Breakfast was good and varied, and the overall facilities are excellent for the price level. Location is perfect only a short walk to Aonang Beach, restaurants, shops, and the main street, yet still calm and not noisy. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Highly recommended for couples looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Krabi."

"the location is very good, close to the Ao Nang beach, restaurants and shopping. The room was a little old and need to be renewed specially the bathroom. However, it was comfortable and the bed very good and there was no noisy."

"The property and hospitality was amazing, as was our family villa. My major concern was employee food handling. We had 3 smoothies made and I happened to be at the bar while they were bejng prepared. I watched our bartender blend them, put a spoon in to taste it, put the spoon in his mouth, and then put the spoon back into our smoothies. Yuck! Aside from that, staff were attentive, lovely and exceeded our expectations. The massage place across the street was also fantastic and priced very well."
