The hotel has plenty of parking (you will likely be able to park right in front of your room), the location is quiet and really close to the border (if you're using CBX), the room was very clean and had all the AC and tv channels you would expect. "Stay away as soon as I arrived I didn’t even get the room I requested which was two beds. They only had king available over five people came down saying the air air-conditioning wasn’t working and two of them that their electric electricity didn’t work one of them, their hot water wasn’t working. It’s right next to the border yes convenient yes but definitely not a place for you to smile and enjoy your visit."
