"The Staff was AMAZING! The young man at front, (sadly I did not get his name) and Owen the valet was super pleasant, high energy and treated us like we were friends. My ONLY complaint was the cleaning room woman who LIED to our face when we asked if she was going to clean our room. She said yes and when we came back later that day, it was not cleaned. Beyond that it was an amazing stay and we look forward to coming back to Asheville and staying there again."
"This property used to be a department store and it is so unique! The lobby is gorgeous and we were given champagne at check-in. The rooms are beautiful and huge! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance and there was live music in the hotel!"
"Loved stating here. Clean, quiet and safe. Perfectly located between Biltmore and Downtown. They put out a newsletter with all the weekend activities and a list of local breweries and wineries with address and hours. The hot tub was done for repairs, so it would have been nice to have been told that at check in or through email ahead of time. Staff was awesome and restaurant was reasonably priced. "

However we wished the pet friendly area for dogs was grass instead of wood mulch. "
"The suite we were provided was excellent! Claudia, at the first desk, was warm, friendly and pleasant. Her kind personality made our stay even more enjoyable. Odain, also at the front desk, was also friendly."
