"Loved the beautiful sea view and jacuzzi tub. Staff was attentive and helpful. We stayed six nights and would return again. Quiet beach with shade if wanted. Enjoyed watching the storms approach and swimming in the rain! Beautiful sunsets, too!"

"It was a great place to stay. If I would have to point out something to improve, it would be the drinking water, we constantly had to request it at hotel restaurants while dining, we understood bottle of water are limited due to environmental concerns, but the alternative would need some improvement, adding more drinking water fountain throughout the resort would help a lot for a perfect experience. Everything else was flawless, we loved the stay and hotel staff was awesome and supportive. We plan a come back next year! Thank you!"

"It is a very large property! Think definite resort vibes. It can get confusing walking from the street to your room, so be prepared for a little adventure. The views are amazing and the staff were wonderful!! Lots to do so right outside the hotel."

"Interior spaces are beautiful, excellent breakfast buffet, nice lounge, nice room, nice bed, great live music with excellent performers in the evning, but disappointing beach that needs cleaning and maintenance (appears to have no litter patrol and is covered in plastic garbage and debris). The pool was green with algae which is a problem that needs to be resolved."

"We had an unforgettable and truly magical two-day stay at Phulay Bay. From the moment we made our booking, every interaction—both before arrival and during our time at the hotel—was exceptional. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and effortlessly create a welcoming atmosphere; from the second we arrived, we felt completely at home. A special mention must go to Anna, our personal butler, who was outstanding and deserves the highest praise. She went above and beyond to ensure we made the absolute most of our short stay, anticipating our needs with care and thoughtfulness. One of the highlights was the complimentary trip to Hong Island on the resort’s longtail boat—an experience we’ll always remember. The kids were equally delighted with the stunning infinity pool overlooking the islands. Breakfast was nothing short of extraordinary, offering an impressive variety of unique and delicious options. Standout dishes included the blue crab omelette and the local lobster omelette—both absolutely superb. The Thai restaurant Sri Tang is equally exceptional, with ingredients sourced locally or grown on-site, resulting in vibrant, authentic flavours that truly impressed us. We also had the pleasure of meeting Paul, the Food & Beverage Manager, at the hotel’s cocktail party. His passion and enthusiasm for the cuisine were infectious and the dining experience at Sri Tang certainly lived up to his description. We were genuinely disappointed to be leaving so soon and will return! "
