"Our family used this as our last night stop close to the airport (LIR). It was just a key code to access the property with simple instructions to follow. The property was secure and private. Everything was new and very clean. Since we were traveling it was so nice they provided bathroom amenities, washer and dryer and full kitchen. The shower at this place was amazing and very relaxing. "Our stay at El Patio exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the property was simple to find. It's located in a quiet area just beyond the shops and restaurants of Tamarindo, making it peaceful while still being conveniently close to everything.
Our room and bathroom were very clean and exactly as pictured online. We stayed in a second-floor room with a charming balcony overlooking the pool, which was a lovely place to relax.

"we initially didn’t like our room as it was near the elevator however Carlos and Gustav changed it for us and we loved it! so so so beautiful room and very quiet and amazing location!!"

"Por un priblema general de la zona no había electricidad. El problema es que ellos tampoco tenían agua. El arreglo era invierto por lo que imposible quedarse en un lugar donde no había agua por un problema de ellos.
La idea de balcón estaba bien, pero da directo a la calle y habia mucho ruido de la gente y motos en el super mercado. Y el balcón tenía un olor desagradable entre viejo y sucio.

"The views from Villa Ivory at Selva Resort are spectacular and we had a really stunning moon reflecting over the ocean view, however the property is a bit different than advertised. Some things to be aware of is there is no private pool for this villa, there is no bathroom mirror, no door or privacy on the toilet and no towel racks.
