Room was nice and clean but the radiator didn’t work, when we asked to get it turned on it never was, you could hear the motorway loudly through the window, the shower was strange either one straight stream or spitty bad pressure that wet the bathroom. Very good customer service. They went out of their way to help us with alternative ways to Belfast. The food was great! Nice to have vegan and vegetarian options from breakfast to dinner.
