This property was perfect! From the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel compared to other hotels in NYC. The staff were very welcoming and always had great attitudes, especially Nikita from the front desk! She was awesome to work with and quick. The second floor bar was very convenient if you’d like to eat or get a quick drink before heading out ( Reimy is a wonderful bartender).For the women who are solo travelers, I stayed here for my 31st birthday and they made me feel special. I had a wonderful stay and will recommend to friends !! Thank you guys !

good hotel at the end of the "1-subway-line". fast transfers to town. an a great team at the front desk! especially Nakita and Victor, but also Laura, Imra an An. They were so nice with our little daughter! and very helpfull! The engeneer of the house even fixed our stroller!

Hotel seemed to be fairly new and modern. Ideally placed for Battery Park and Subway stations within easy walking distance. Buffet breakfast wasn't included in the price and is a little expensive for what you get but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was for the most part fantastic.The man in charge of the lobby coffee was not particularly pleasant, but the rest were very good. The front desk staff when we arrived were the best ever. We arrived about 3 hours before check in to drop off our bags. Instead the man in charge looked for two rooms near each other that were ready for occupation. He found them and we got in early. All the front desk staff proved to be extremely helpful.

Gutes Hotel im Financial District. Zimmer eher klein. Die Schiebetür zum Bad ging leider immer auf was etwas unangenehm ist. Der kostenlose Kaffee am Morgen war sehr lecker.

Good location. Quick walk to the ferries, subway and Wall Street. Friendly staff allowed us early check in. Water took a while to heat up but room was fairly clean. Good place to stay if planning to do some things around the financial district.

The people in reception were great and REALLY helpful. The rooms are large compared to many other hotels in New York and very clean. The hotel is in a great location for many sights and transport. Great experience.

We enjoyed our stay at his hotel. The only caveat is that it does not have on-site parking. As well, the rooms are not as clean as they should be. However, we had no major concerns about our stay at this hotel.

Staff at reception very helpful. Specially mr Imran who never let you go without a smile and a kind word. Closet in room strangely filled with iron board and iron which did not leave space for coathangers. This MUST change.

Eine sehr gute Wahl für den Aufenthalt in NY. Man hat direkten Anschluss an zwei U-Bahn Strecken und an die Staten Island Ferry. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten und hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Wasser. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in NY wieder buchen! Zu erwähnen: morgens gibt es in der Lobby kostenlosen Kaffee und auf dem Zimmer steht eine Keurig Kaffeemaschine. Direkt im Umfeld gibt es viele Restaurants und take away Läden. Zu Fuß ist man auch schnell am Pier 17 und am WTC. Wirklich eine Empfehlung!

Comfortable room with excellent housekeeping service— fresh towels daily, etc. One advantage to this Battery Park location— it’s the first and last stop for several train lines so it’s easy to get a seat and the trains are often recently cleaned. 787 Coffee is around the block from the hotel has great coffee, some food options (I didn’t try anything) and lots of seating.

Overall great stay. Was able to check in early. The hotel was clean and close to the subway. Free coffee and tea available in the lobby on the morning. We had some issues with the water temperature of the shower and the shower door was loose and needed a repair. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay again

Sleeping in the bed was itchy and then awoke to small blood marks under my back which is an indication of bed bugs. Yikes!!! Overall, not a clean hotel.
