This hotel is wonderful ! The only issue i had was the bathroom door didn't open fully and being in a wheelchair i barely had room to get into the bathroom. The handicap roll in shower was amazing! 5 stars! The staff was so friendly!

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Manhattan. The hotel is in a great location and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. The rooms were beautifully kept, very clean, and comfortable. A big thank you also to the housekeeping team, who were always so friendly and attentive. Overall, a great experience – we would definitely stay here again!
