"Price gauging and couldn’t move reservation. Same room 2 different weekends, $120 difference. I get that hotels can do this but the biggest problem I had is I was standing in front of them on a Friday night at almost 10pm before I realized I booked the wrong date. I was more than willing to pay the $120 difference and they had a room available, but said I would have to pay the full $175 for the room that night which was available and would still lose the full amount on the next weekend.why not just let me move my reservation which is still a week out, I would pay the difference."

"Pool room was not picked up. Towels & garbage everywhere! Breakfast attendants lacked customer service. Spoke Spanish & seemed to be complaining about the guests! (I know some Spanish). Pillows on our king bed were worn out & lumpy! Our comforters on all three beds smelled dirty! Room was dusty! Lack of parking! We’re entrance floor…slipped & fell. Front desk clerk saw & just out up a “wet floor” sign. Lobby had soda cans & other garbage in seating & tables."

"Minus there being an entire kids hockey team staying (nothing the hotel can control), it was a good stay. Great breakfast, easy accessible parking, nice hot tub, and a fast check in. We did get a knock on the door from housekeeping quite a few hours before check out even though we had ‘do not disturb’ hung on the door. That was a little confusing but all in all, a nice stay for the $ spent."

"Close proximity to the highway, university, shopping center and Woodman’s! Hotel was in nice condition with a hot breakfast that featured the standard waffles, eggs/potatoes/sausage, breads, yogurt, cereal and apples.
Hotel room was normal size and had a window style hvac system. Staff was nice. Hotel was not busy when we stayed there. "

"The room was clean the staff was welcoming and friendly! The only thing I would say that it was negative is that my last night there late I wanted to warm up some leftovers but the microwave wasn’t working!"
