"Upon arrival I was disappointed that they didn't have a room for me on the first floor as I requested when I made the reservation a week prior. However, the front desk attendant was very kind and friendly so I immediately got over my disappointment her name is Cat, she was delightful! The pool is beautiful very large and perfect temperature. Another great staff member is Jazz she is adorable and very down to earth and kind those two young ladies made my trip wonderful."

"I absolutely love SpringHill Suites by Marriott properties—the rooms are always modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy all of the amenities during this stay because of the logistics of our trip, but I still had a great experience. I will definitely keep this property on my list of places to stay if I’m ever passing through Madison again!"

"I did not like that they asked to scan my drivers license at check in. I refuse to do this, as your drivers license is privileged information that I don't want on the hotel servers which are likely subject to hacking. A scanned DL includes lots of personal info not the least of which is a photo. This is a very bad policy. I refuse to let them scan, they can look to confirm ID. Expedia - you should knock any hotels that scan personal information."
