"Traveling as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and we could not have picked a better place to stay. We were able to see all the sights, eat all the Chicago food and shop until we dropped. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Cool hotel to stay at. Clean and comfortable. Couple of good nights rest. Gym was better than most hotel gyms. Room was tight. Balcony was nice tho. Really nice area for dining and shopping. Parking for tall cars across the highway which was convenient. Whole Foods across the street. Definitely recommend."

"A lot of it was good, the rooms were very good. The AC was very good and the view from the bedroom. The only things I want to complain about is the expensive stuff and the TV in the bedroom not working/turning on. It costs a lot of money for car parking. The beds were one of the most comfortable stuff in the hotel."

"Our first time visiting Chicago and the hotel was hands down the best. Located in downtown Chicago, which made everything pretty much walking distance. The complimentary breakfast (buffet style) was great with many options to choose from. Staff were amazing and were kind enough to accommodate us with an early check- in (with an extra cost since we arrived in at 7:30am). My one and only complaint was that it would have been nice to have our breakfast included with the early check in since we paid $100 for that. We were told that we were welcome to go have breakfast but at an additional cost which was $25/adult and $12/child. We paid it since we had just come in from a long flight and wanted some food. Overall a great experience, we definitely plan on staying again at our next trip to Chicago."
