"It was a great stay in Taipei. Comfortable. Clean. Most of staff were polite and friendly. Although I do need to point out that the receptionist to the bar on 3rd floor was a bit rude. I asked the receptionist for a table for 2 and he told us that the min charge was NTD800 per person. Did we look cheap? Were we, as guests of the hotel, not dressed up to the standard of the bar? I’ve been to a fair number of hotels with great bars inside and I’ve always been seated and served a menu first, before...
"I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was professional and very welcoming. Very happy that I was able to check-in early after an overnight flight. The room was clean. The hotel is very close to a metro station, convenient for exploring. I would definitely stay here again. "
"A hidden gem in Taipei. Super close to MRT station, right in the city center, and close to restaurant, Dong Meng district and flower market (weekend). A view to the Da-An park.
The interior is dated, but in good quality. "
"Very poor experience, no electricity socket in the room, no air con that can be adjusted, very noisy/no isolation, windows facing restaurant inside, queue for breakfast with no access, not great buffet. Old hotel, poor facilities for very high price. I highly not recommend. This is not a 300usd/night standard. "
"Convenient hotel near public transport and good restos…including Italian one in hotel. Staff really made it special-helpful, polite, good suggestions. The art spread through is interesting- quirky in a good way. Breakfasts are OK (not fantastic)."

"The hotel is clean and easy to navigate around. The surrounding area have multiple convinient stores and restaurants within 5 mins walking distant. The room is a bit small but it is understandable for Taipei. The staffs are friendly and helpful; however, it is a bit difficult to communicate with some staff if you do not know Mandarin. Not every staff members at the lobby can communicate effectively in English."
