"No breakfast included, elevators were not working properly on check out and had to walk down 6 flights of stairs with multiple loads of luggage. No parking for guests if garage is full, which takes all of 20 cars to fill up."

"The Casino was great, except it wasn’t easy to get anything to drink. Our room was nice except I could write my name in the dust on the furniture, the bathroom sink had a problem draining and there was mold in the shower in the corners and along the bottom of the glass. We stayed 4 nights and the room was never cleaned or refreshed in any way. We will play in Casino again but will probably not stay in the hotel again. "

"Booked one night for our anniversary. Our first room backed up to the fitness center and we could hear people dropping weights, etc. we called the front desk and they moved us to a quieter room. Should note the atrium rooms face the interior of the building NOT a garden area as you might assume. "

"The room and the staff were wonderful. The parking garage had an odor that made your stomach turn."
