Breakfast bar was wonderful! The common area bathroom lacked supplies. The floor of our room was unclean. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. My card was charged by the hotel for each night and for the total of the stay separately from the pay through hotels.com. The manager informed me that this will fall away after 3-5 days, but this was still a stressful event that I had never experienced before when using hotels.com.

Good place to stay

Nice hotel, staff was friendly as well as professional. Room was clean as were the hallways and elevator. The only downside was that there was some highway noise that could be heard at night especially.

We really liked the staff. They were friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel was also very clean, however updating was needed and the pool was closed. Neighborhood surrounding not that nice, but very convenient to a conference I was attending and good restaurants. The price was also good for the Nashville area.

Excellent choice for a one-night stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, well-maintained & had excellent sound-proofing considering it was right off I-40. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of items, so it was the perfect overnight stay.
