Staff was very friendly and even gave me extra pillows when I asked. Our king bed was one of the most comfortable I had slept on in a hotel. Not bad at all for the price. Lots of restaurants and a Dollar General very close by.

The WiFi was was good, the bed was comfortable the staff were friendly enough but that's the only good thing to say about the location. The area around the hotel didn't feel safe. The door to my room didn't have a latch, I think someone stole the desk chair before I came here, certain parts of the room looked close to the point of falling apart. Expedia said they would have a continental breakfast but all I got was a small package of mini doughnuts and a cup of coffee. The smoke detector probably needed a battery replacement.

The staff are always polite and friendly. Though not in the best area, definitely comfortable and close to where my work books their people. Will definitely use them again as they are budget friendly and staff is polite.

Overall my stay has been comfortable and quiet regardless of it's location. The check in is always fast and uncomplicated. The staff are polite and friendly and accommodating. I say this is one of Nashville's diamonds in the rough.

The rooms could, perhaps, do with an upgrade but it was perfectly adequate for our stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The only thing I would have liked would be a kettle in the room and, maybe, a fridge but mainly the kettle. We were perfectly happy there - it served our purposes.

Photos are Deceiving: Run Down but Clean

Property looks nothing like the photos and appears very run down. The room is the same. There was a constantly running bathroom faucet, flooring was water damaged/missing in one spot, one of the two outlets did not work, the shower had a good amount of clearly visible dark-colored mold above the shower-head and a hole in the wall behind the bathroom door. Inside of drawers looked to be water damaged. The Good: EXCELLENT front desk service at check in. Small issue with smoke detector, addressed immediately, no big deal! Also, comfy bed and no bugs (: A/C, fridge, and TV worked great. Overall, my impression was that the property is very old and maintained the best it can be without making costly renovations. Everything was as clean as it could be & the tub was pretty spotless. My biggest issue was the misrepresentation of what the property really was based on the photos presented at the time of reservation.

Terrible! Extremely unsafe, especially if you’re a woman. The area is extremely dangerous, I woke up in the middle of the night with 3 police cars on the building. I wouldn’t recommend not even for my worst enemy. I had to contact Expedia for safety reasons and it wouldn’t help me AT ALL and I ended up having to stay in the hotel. Although, the man from the staff was courteous.

What you pay for

They advertise free breakfast and only offered coffee and Twinkies. Yeah I said that right a grown man offered me Twinkies for breakfast. Then after looking at it, it was expired. McDonald's is right next door. You get what you pay for. I did get a room that had a bug in it but they did change my room without a problem. They try. My bed was comfortable and I got three pillows instead of two on the bed so I like that. Microwave refrigerators in the rooms and they were relatively clean

This is not the place I would usually stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They worked with us when we got there before check in and let us go ahead and park our vehicle so we could uber to downtown for our concert and even let us park our vehicle there after check out to finish the festivities downtown. It was a very convenient location for ubering to downtown nashville and ubering back. Now the rooms really need some work. The sheets were clean but probably needed replacing and the room was cleanish but needed work. It was not the safest area of nashville either but we survived.

Don’t do it. It’s pretty nasty

Okay. The customer service was EXCELLENT. the counter guy was super nice and accommodating. But man. I couldn’t stay. The smell of smoke and chemicals was very strong. The room was falling apart pretty badly. Bed was pretty unpleasant as well. I shall be skipping this hotel chain from today on. Too many bad experiences

Horrible room

When we got to the hotel, the clerk was very friendly. When we got to the room, it looked like it had been broken into. As soon as we walked in, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though i asked for non-smoking. I have asthma and cigarette smoke is a trigger. The door wouldnt lick. We opted not to even stay and just call the money a loss.

Terrible terrible terrible

This was the most terrible place I have ever been. The location was convenient because it was Close to downtown, but the hotel was disgusting too many people are standing out doing drugs and other things. Room didn’t look anything like the pictures had too many holes in the covers. Mold going up the wall plus in the bathroom all over the tub and toilet. It was highly disgusting. I even had to argue with the manager about getting my money back. He wouldn’t let me get the money back so I end up leaving for the night going Somewhere else I don’t understand how is this hotel on Hotels.com but it is one of the worst I have ever seen
