"Clean room"

"We didn't get much sleep the 2 nights we stayed there the people that were up stairs were so loud all night and most of the morning till 5am for the 2 nights we stayed there i keep calling the front desk to let them know and ask to be moved to another room but they couldn't move us to another room and keep saying they would let the other guests know to keep it down but it didn't help they keep being loud i called the front desk 6 times it was the worst stayed i ever had in a hotel we were not happy at all "

"My two daughters and I stayed in order to attend the Festival of Whales. The location was perfect for our needs. The property however is in great need of updating. It is quite run down. The walls were marked and dirty, the carpet was torn, the towels and sheets were threadbare, tiles were missing in the bathroom, there was rust in the bathtub, there was a shelf missing in the bathroom leaving no where to place toiletries, and there was a cockroach on the floor in our room the day we checked out. The front desk staff member removed our parking fee for the trouble of the pest. I cannot recommend staying here."

"Hotel itself is nice, part is newer, part is in a historic concrete silo building which was interesting and kind of cool. Only complaint is that when I checked in at 11:30PM, there was no mention of the water being off in the building. So when I tried to shower and get ready for my job interview at 8AM, it was a trickle of scalding hot water and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called the front desk (from my cell phone because the in-room phone did not work) and the lady at the front desk basically said tough luck. Hotel itself was nice but I was very disappointed about the lack of communication about not having running water (why put someone in a room with no water??) and the response from the desk when I brought it up."
