"This is not a true 5 star. It is more a 3 or 4 star for high volume tourists. Location is good and staff are great. I booked the club room and delux room. The compromise is: no double basin , slow wifi, room service not 24 hours, room service menu in English only translates price and not description. The bed is hard and linen / duvet is not luxurious at all. The club room seemed smaller than the delux room with no clear space to store luggage. We had to use a mobile luggage stand which didn't have dedicated space and had to be moved around. Block out curtains on one window allowed light through due to the manner in which it was hung. Otherwise a good hotel if the location is a priority"

"Nice place for a few days break. Right in the centre of Myeongdong shopping streets. Breakfast is good, just hectic sometimes and not very well managed when crowded. Staff generally are very friendly and polite, hotel is clean and quiet. We were on the 19th floor so the view was great. Room was a good size with a huge king bed."

"Fantastic Hotel in walkable location. Rooms are clean and very spacious. I travelled with my three kids and we had the two double beds with a bunkbed. It was approximately a 7 minute walk to Myeongdong food street. Only thing I did not like was the design of the shower and bathroom door. Overall, we would consider returning next year we are in Seoul. "

"We had a generally good stay with a few notable pros and cons. The biggest highlight is the location. It’s excellent, with the night markets right on the doorstep and close to the train station, as well as within walking distance to many attractions, which made getting around Seoul very easy. I would recommend skipping the hotel breakfast. Unfortunately, it was below average and not worth the price. After the first couple of days, we chose to eat elsewhere. There’s an amazing food truck right downstairs that sells Korean breakfast sandwiches, which were cheap, fresh, and far better than the hotel offering. In comparison, the hotel food felt disappointing. The bread was stale, the juices tasted like cordial, and the eggs had a strong, unpleasant smell. One major downside was the noise on our last night. At around 1am, roadworks began right outside with extremely loud jackhammering. It went on for hours and kept us awake. When I went down to reception, several other guests were already complaining, so it wasn’t an isolated issue. I understand this was outside of the hotel’s control, but it did significantly impact our stay. I would recommend checking with the hotel in advance about any nearby construction. The hotel itself was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job refreshing our room daily. The rooms were also a good size, which we really appreciated. One minor inconvenience was the elevators.
