The staff was so helpful. I left some cash at the hotel and the staff were just communicating with me consistently throughout the process of trying to get it back. I also left my luggage here for a few days when I went to Busan which was also really helpful. Will definitely stay here again whenever I go back to South Korea. The service was just outstanding.

It’s a nice place to stay, and the location is convenient. However, the air conditioning was quite warm, and the room temperature consistently stayed around 25°C. The hotel is also a little bit pricey for what it offers. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I think the air conditioning could be improved.

The location of the hotel was reasonable close to all the things that I was interested in doing while in Korea. The towels were provided however, it could have been of better quality. There were some holes but they were clean. I did not have room service requirements so did not have the staff clean or request anything. The breakfast that I paid was very helpful given that they were not alot of places that opened early to serve breakfast except for convenience stores. The hotel was very useful in that it offered a scale for weighing my overweight luggage. All the days and nights staying there was nice and peaceful with the exception of the last night that I was getting ready to head out the new next door neighbors were up and rowdy till like 3 or 4am...very inconsiderate.

Location is great and easy to access myeongdong and the trains and busses. Staff have been helpful and friendly. The stay was neat and tidy. I will note that gym is minimal but it does the job. Laundry area needs a system where people don’t hog a machine by leaving their garments inside the machine - maybe a sign up sheet could help with timing. Otherwise, great accommodation and would recommend
