"Front desk is helpful and kind. They are the reason for my high rating. As far as the rooms. My room was never cleaned nor filled. Upon arrival I had to call the front desk (very helpful and prompt) for robes and slippers because there weren’t any in my room. The towels , and tub mat were dirty . Very clear they were refilled from the previous travelers. I put them in a corner to be replaced. The next morning they were removed and nothing was replaced so I had to call the front desk again for towels a tub mat and was clothes. Again front desk is 5star. Whomever cleans the rooms -1 I was never greeted my entire stay and they did absolutely nothing but re spread the same bed sheets daily and dirty towels . definitely bring down my rating"
