"Staff was friendly. We had asked for a more private room, which we appreciated. The hammock setup is the key feature of a fairly standard room. We definitely enjoyed the hammock. A pretty strong weak point of this stay was the bathroom, which was old, gross looking because of mildew/calcium buildup, and had a dirty, clogged drain. They gave us a tiny roll of toilet paper which we ended up running out of during our 2 night stay so we used tissue paper. No hand soap for the sink either. Personally, as much as I liked the hammock, I won't come back because of the bathroom. "

"I recently booked the "Suite Two Twins Room," which was described as suitable for 3 people. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot. Additionally, the hotel restaurant's food was expensive, and the portions were quite small. While there was a happy hour with a "buy one, get one free" certain alcoholic drink offer, it seemed to only apply to juice, which was disappointing. The room itself had issues with drainage, and in the middle of the night, we ran out of toilet paper. Unfortunately, there were no spare rolls available, which was inconvenient. The room also lacked sufficient trash cans. On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, in our opinion, the overall experience did not justify the high prices for the facilities offered. Based on this experience, we have decided not to book this hotel for future stays. "
