"Nice owners, were quick in fixing issues (initially no hot water, no internet). The biggest problem i faced was the condensation in the appartment. Everything was damp, and the droplets were hanging above my head in the bedroom. In the summer this will not be an issue i guess, but in wintertime, i just cannot recommend this appartment. "

"Great hotel that ill gladly be staying at again when traveling to Sao Miguel, the cleaning staff did great and were friendly, pastries/tea were always loaded in the kitchen, and the convenience of being so close to everything was great! I will say the elevators were a little sketchy sometimes on one occasion suddenly stopping on the 18th floor then not moving for a few seconds then taking us down to the parcade..but that i think was more of a building issue, the hotel was fantastic and i cannot...

"It's okay. The area is beautiful with pool, but the childrens pool was empty. Beautiful plants. Inside you have enough space, but there were very few pans and cuttery. For us it was okay"

"The location is great 40 minutes traveling by car any were in the ilha. Excelente location"

"The beach view was great as was the breakfast. Hotel offers few amenities such as in-room coffee and you must pay for coffee in the lobby. Hallways were very clean"

"I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre."

"Das Zimmer (Erdgeschoss) war sehr groß und gemütlich. Man konnte direkt von der Terrasse zum Pool gehen. Von den oberen Stockwerken hätte man sicher besser aufs Meer gesehen. Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück war das Personal eher langsam. Die Tische wurden nur oberflächlich gereinigt und oftmals dauerte es bis Essen nachgebracht wurde. Die Pools waren super und es war ein toller Aufenthalt."

"Location of the hotel was great. Staff really excellent and very helpful and the breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean but too much fragrance / scent on the sheets and towels and in the room in general."

"Our room was so musty smelling, we couldn’t tolerate it. They moved us to a different room, which was smaller but worth downsizing to avoid the musty smell. The rooftop pool was wonderful. Great location."
