"I honestly regret booking this hotel. For the amount of money we paid, the stay was absolutely not worth it. The quality of the service was poor, the food was disappointing, and overall the experience did not meet expectations at all. One of the biggest issues was that the hotel claims to be dog friendly, but it definitely did not feel that way during our stay. The policies and attitude toward pets made it very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below what was advertised. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay."

"No auto doors for disabled people on wheelchair, at night you could clearly hear the water flow on higher levels. Food quality and their restaurant was OK. As of now I am reversing I still don't have my final bill. At check out they said it is normal and we will email you the bill. It might be normal to you but never happened to me before. 4 star hotel was my only option on the beach in memorial long weekend. For sure, I won't be back. Not suitable for kids. The only thing about this hotel is the property is on the beach!"

"Staying at the Dream Inn was a dream. My room was on the second floor with a phenomenal beach view overlooking the ocean, wharf, and boardwalk. Woke up each morning to the sound of crashing waves on the shore. Everything is in walking distance. Parking is available in a designated lot across the street that can be accessed with your room key. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only minor negative is that the walls are a bit thin and my room was right by the elevators, so you could hear the occasional noise and chatter. But overall it was a great experience and will definitely stay at the Dream Inn on my next trip to Santa Cruz!"
