The property was decent, especially for the price. You get a comfortable bed in your room and an overall clean room. The pool was dirty when I went in there. But be warned, the breakfast included is just granola bars and coffee. I’d recommend it for solo travel or maybe for couples without kids.

The staff was very friendly when I checked in. The room was super clean, the bed mattress was perfect, the pillows fresh and new, the hot water was the hottest I have ever experience at a hotel - and I travel all over the world. Lots of parking. And attached adjacent cafe right next door. A great stay.

I booked the hotel because it had a restaurant attached. Seems on Sunday they close in the afternoon. I was coming in late afternoon. I saw they had a vending machine next to the lobby. I tried twice to get a cup of noodles. The front desk was nice enough to refund my attempts, but it was frustrating. I saw a Chinese restaurant across the street so I tried that. I just felt it was a bit overwhelming. The room was fine and the staff was nice.

Room was better than expectation. Though the room to the door seemed a bit outdated, and the refrigerator smelled like it was cleaned with bleach. Overall stay was good and the pool view was nice as well. Definitely would come back!

It is old but clean hotel, location is prefect. But it is very overpriced for Monterey Car Week period. You should expect paying $1000 per night for $100 hotel. Just be ready for that.

The room looked great, spacious, modern and new, with comfortable mattresses, but the bathroom was very old, especially the shower. It definitely needs a whole upgrade. The shower is more like a room in itself (dark and somehow claustrophobic), with little tiles from floor to ceiling and dirty grout all around. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again just because the shower gave me the heebie-jeebies. We also did not like the room main door. It looked like a prison door and had a window-like opening that did make us feel a little unsafe. We would have preferred a conventional door like the ones in all the hotels we have stayed before.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly . I came here for the weekend - to go see the aquarium. The hotel is relatively close to everything… everything’s just a quick drive away. Great AC and TV and mini fridge . I would stay here again.

Needs a lick of paint that is for sure. Good size and clean pool. Comfortable bed. TV was disconnecting so had to go the receptionist few times asking for help. Safe in the cupboard was broken and looked very old. One more thing, the hotel is right next to the airport, planes landing frequently and it’s very loud.

I've stayed here several times the only thing I would complain about is that they're advertised that comes with breakfast and it does not.It comes with coffee and a granola bar that is their version of a breakfast.So it has changed a lot over the years, but the website on all the platforms need to be updated. Staff was very friendly and the pool was refreshing and warm. And the beds were very comfortable period we will come again.
