"Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. One of the highlights of my stay was being spontaneously upgraded to a deluxe room when I checked in, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The facilities were excellent, and everything felt well maintained and the service consistently exceeded my expectations."

"I will try to be as constructive as i can. The suite description was Bosphorous view ( they charged me over 300 USD for this! and the view was a building?! saying that all 5th floor occupied, why would misrepresent facts?!. i had to go to work at night & when i asked for my room to be cleaned & they said cleaning is in mornings only!? I thought that This is a hostel not Novotel?! What is really deserved to mention is i also carried my bag all the way to my room!? without the help of bell boy. The internet connection is terrible & i had to use my own internet to conduct my business. This a terrible experience & i will never repeat it."

"I had a pleasent stay here, all the front desk staff were lovely and very accommodating. The only downside is the street noise at night, it’s very centrally located steps away from Galata tower so can’t really complain! I would suggest booking a room facing the rear side or the building. "
