"Staff was AMAZING. Arrived around 4 in the afternoon at peak time and lines were 20 cars long for parking, Even so the staff was attentive and helpful. Debo who was helping out with valet was just the best. He made everything seamless despite the long lines and 100degree weather. Had a smile on his face the entire time and was so pleasant. Check in went fast. Staff was very helpful. The room appeared clean but when I checked mini fridge there was ton of leftover food from prior guest. We were also missing hand soap. We alerted front desk and they took care of it right away. Had a pleasant stay. Will absolutely be back"

"We always enjoy our stay here. Even though there is no breakfast option, they do give access to a microwave. We used that for a late night supper after a baseball game. The staff was great, even when dealing with a grumpy Cubs fan because he didn't know his own room number! The key works if you are at the right door! Don't be rude. Love the location being close to the train and we always enjoy the view of the Arch. I was able to work remote three days without any issues. Definitely will come back."
