wonderful lobster. nice staffs. good environment. beautiful sea side. room was clean enough. I will go back again when chance allows.

The convenience of being at the station is a bonus and the staff are very helpful.

Whilst the hotel is a little dated it was clean and the staff very helpful. A good base hotel for exploring the local area and taking a trip to Yakushima via the local ferry a couple km's away.

I LOVED the Sheraton Kagoshima and wish we'd stayed here for more than one night. I booked an overnight stay in the city on the way back from Yakushima island. I wasn't expecting too much but absolutely fell in love with this hotel. Everything about it was excellent. The staff are spectacular throughout - charming, friendly, helpful and upbeat - also clearly proud of the hotel. The hotel itself is brand new, impeccably designed, super stylish and one of the most user-friendly properties I've...

Wonderful hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Conveniently located in the centre of the city, but room was very quiet and you wouldn't have known the trams/buses were outside. Great choice of amenities. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Art hotel has big quiet rooms with balcony and beautiful view of the see and volcano. It takes 25 minutes to come to the hotel from the shinkansen railway station Kagoshima Chuo by bus 11, 16 or 32-1. The swimming pool is currently closed due to reconstruction, but there are nice walks on the jetty in front of the hotel.

Great onsen, quiet and clean

Wonderful front of house staff, who were so helpful to me when I made a mistake with the bill. They are so kind. Rooms were really clean and ideal location.

Close to the station, quiet room, friendly staff, free breakfast

Convenient location, with a short walk to main shopping streets and bars/restaurants. Clean room and friendly staff. Very good value for money.

The hotel was well placed for the 10 Conn man shopping centre and men buses around the city and only a 20 minute walk from Kagoshima real station. The hotel was very clean. The room was clean inside the room. It had a mini kitchenette with hot plate, pans, cutlery, kettle, fridge and a microwave which we did not use, but would've been handy if we had known. Rooms are only cleaned every three days, but your towels are replaced and bins are emptied every morning. Bathroom is very good with a bath...

Highly recommend for travelers who need great location. Clean and convenience to traveling ,shopping and foods.

Great hotel and in the middle of where you need to be. Walking distance to the ferry to go to Sakurajima Volcano and also walking distance to Kagoshima Chuo Station
