"Poor customer service after traveling all day, I wasn't acknowledged at the front desk, as the gentlemen was trying to work out schedules. I understood, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged...even a nod. He waited 8 mins before putting the person on hold. The room was sketchy, and loud. Free breakfast was indicated, but it wasn't free ($24+) and they didn't rectify it. I even went to front desk the first morning to ask where to go and was just told outside and to the left. I was later told I should have been given a voucher. Definitely would not recommend or go back to the hotel. However, I loved the waitress at the pub and the food and coffee was great!"

"I have stayed here twice and I love it. So well maintained, and one of the most comfortable hotel beds in the world. Lots of stairs and sometimes noisy but I will stay here every time."
