"The Hotel is great and it’s in great location. The front desk staff was just okay. They initially forgot to give us our breakfast passes. The front desk supervisor said they frequently make that mistake. She said customers often have to show them a copy their reservation on the phone to get their breakfast passes. Seems like they would fix this issue, instead of having customers return to request their passes. One of Valet parking attendants left the passenger window open on my new RAM Truck on a day when significant rain was expected. Luckily I spotted the window open as I was walking by about 45 minutes later. We kept the Privacy / Do Not Disturb sign on our door the entire stay; however, housekeeping attempted to enter our room around 9 am on Sunday morning. She said her list had a mistake on it regarding who checked out. Overall the hotel was still nice. Next time, I would stay if I fly in and drive a rental car. If I drive in with a nice vehicle that I own, I would probably stay at a different place."

"I wanna really talk about your staff members that are outside loading, unloading and helping people with their cars. There were two gentlemen this morning that made sure that we were secure put our luggage in the cars. You know very polite and they were worth everything we gave them. Sometimes we gotta look at the other side of your business not just the food in the front desk. Your people outside are doing a great job parking our cars and getting our luggage so I wanna say thank you"

"The hotel was nice, had water in the lobby too to help with the heat. The room also had a nice set up, with lots of kitchen supplies. However, the curtain had some gross stains on them and the doorframe in the bathroom was incredibly rusted along with the showerhead. I wouldn’t make that a reason not to stay though, but hopefully they change those curtains. The breakfast was also pretty underwhelming but it’s nice that it’s included in the stay. One big factor, though that disappointed me was the location. I purposely booked this hotel because it said it was a 6 minute walk to bourbon street, and I can tell you that every day was actually a 12-15 minute walk to bourbon street. They need to fix that, because it just increased our walking and yes it doesn’t seem like much but it is double the originally quoted time and that’s one of the main reasons I booked this specific location. It also doesn’t have a pool but that is not a big deal, just keep it in mind when booking. The rooftop terrace was nice and had a cool view, but it was only on the 3rd floor as opposed to the actually roof of the building. Still, I was pleased with my stay and I liked the way the room was set up. Otherwise in a good location."
