"Well located close to the canals and The Mailbox mall. A good 10 minute walk to the bullring. Plenty of restaurants on the doorstep. Not far from Broad Street. Comfortable overall, what you see is what you get. Modern style but a little bit corporate as expected. Room was a touch warm despite air con, which turns off half way through the night. Would stay again. "

"We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the receptionist upgraded us to a newly refurbished room on the 11th floor. The room was amazing! We were also given vouchers for a complimentary drink at the bar. The service was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Used the hotel as visiting Birmingham for a premier league game, firstly great price, good location walking from the train station and fairly easy getting home from villa park. Room was spotlessly clean, fresh and modern. Check in was easy and no stress of keys etc , all done on your mobile phone. Will definitely use again next time I’m in Birmingham. "

"Overall a good stay ,nice clean big entrance, lovey reception area, room big enough for 2 we had 2 single beds a bit high to get onto the beds .Rooms clean only issue was water wasnt replaced so we had 2 half used bottles .Dont have the heating on a its very noisy ,had to turn it off as it bangs .overall a good stay ,would recommend.Breakfast great value and loads of choice.."

"Great hotel with fantastic staff! Our (accessible) room was excellent, enough room to manoeuvre my mobility scooter with ease, good wetroom , with soap/shower gel etc in pump bottles instead of those silly little bottles, the bed was a really good height and so comfortable! The sofa and footstool were perfect for resting on after a very busy day, and the food in the restaurant was good. Very happy with our stay!"
