"I highly recommend a stay here. These are quiet and comfortable family-owned rooms set in Piano di Sorrento (about 4 km from the centre of Sorrento). It is a 6-minute walk from Piano train station. It has a large swimming pool set in a large garden with good parking. There is a small number of staff, so you will have to plan your needs. "We loved our stay at Delle Rose ❤️. Lucia is a wonderful host, greeting you with a smile. The apartment was very clean and modern. Great space, shower and bathroom big. Arrived by train, just 5 mins walk to Delle Rose. 2 stops more on the train is Sorrento, or the bus is 15 mins and bus stop is just 1 min walk from DR. Piano di Sorrento is much quieter and more for locals than Sorrento, very nice to come back to and away from so many tourists in Sorrento. Delle Rose is a great place to stay...

"The hotel was lovely, and although close to Sorrento, it was not easy travelling back and forth. The hotel does offer a limited shuttle service, and there is a frequent train service, which could be useful to some guests. However, given that we were heading to the ferry many days, it was more convenient to walk than use the shuttle or train."

Majestic Palace Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Our room was spacious, light and well furnished, the bathroom was also spacious and cleaned to a high standard each day. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was a pleasant place to sit - in the sunshine during the morning and in the cooler shade later on. The staff were exceptional - friendly, polite, helpful and always professional. They were very helpful when I sprained my ankle - providing an icepack and then calling for a doctor when my husband was ill. The breakfast choice was also exceptional, as were the options for the evening meal on the poolside or in the Magnolia restaurant The garden area was a peaceful oasis - it would have been nice to have more seating in the shady areas of the garden. I would recommend this Hotel for its peaceful atmosphere and lovely staff. It was hard to believe that the busy Corso Italia was only a short walk up the road!"

"Highly recommended! From the moment we arrived, the owner Gio was incredibly welcoming and greeted us as if we were guests in his own home. Throughout our stay he was always available to ensure everything was perfect and to share helpful tips about getting around the area. The hotel is thoughtfully maintained with great attention to detail, from excellent air conditioning to strong water pressure. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was both delicious and satisfying. Parking was safe and convenient, which made our trip even easier. During our stay we drove to Positano and also took the train to Pompeii, which is only a short walk from the property. We would absolutely choose to stay with Gio again when visiting the Amalfi Coast!"
