"The property is a 25 minute flat walk to Sorrento. Nice quiet area with some good eateries nearby. You won't often find anyone at the front desk, but there is a bell to ring. The breakfast was okay to start the day. Would be nice to have some cut up fresh fruit. Oranges and apples available. Property and room a bit run down, but pretty clean. Shower pressure and hot water was good. Bed was comfortable but pillows were hard. Amazing views around the corner. Recommend Nazare restaurant in the next property, a bit pricey, but attentive wait staff and great food and views. Our room had a nice view in a weird alcove/closet. Found the staff to be a but aloof. At the time we booked not much available in downtown Sorrento in this price point."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Capri! Everything was amazing from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location (very walkable), and the staff made our stay feel very welcoming. They were able to make recommendations and help with transportation. The breakfast was especially impressive — there was a huge spread with so many choices each morning, and everything was fresh and delicious. Our only small complaint was that the pool was very cold, so it was a little difficult to enjoy even on a nice day. Other than that, we truly loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Hotel Capri to anyone visiting Sorrento."

"Best location for your money, the breakfast spread is out of this world! The amenities are superb. There is nothing missing here. Shuttle service to and from/ beach access thru the hotel. You have to force yourself to leave the room/ the bed and pillows are super comfortable- you can control the temperature of the room. YOU can open the windows and take in the view."

"The property is a hidden gem. Our room was renovated in modern minimalist and large practical closets and a terrace. Our most lovely discovery was the wellness center which had multiple pools, hot,cold, jacuzzi, sauna and sunny all day. It was well maintained. The other surprise was the beach, although a pebble and stone beach, it’s easily accessibile with no hike required. Finally, it has a full service Marina with excursions to all the main islands. We recommend you buy the hotel excursions. The breakfast was at the restaurant with view on the beach and it was fully stocked. They also have their own navette that takes or picks you up at (Vico Equense train station). Avoid Seiano . We want to give a shout out to Marianna and all the reception ,they were informative and knowledgeable, and communication was easy."

"Hotel Mary was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The service, attention to detail, and overall experience were exceptional. While it is on the higher end in terms of price, it is truly worth every penny. What really sets this hotel apart is the personalized service. From the valet and check-in staff to the pool and beach club teams, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A very special shout-out has to go to Vincenzo at the restaurant. He goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, make you feel special, and ensure your evening is one to remember. His energy, warmth, attention, and genuine care completely elevated our experience. Vincenzo is truly one of those people you remember long after your vacation is over. That said, the entire staff was equally wonderful and contributed to an incredible stay. We had such a great time and left feeling that Hotel Mary offers something truly special. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommended!"

"An unexpected wonderful surprise. This place was terrific. We got in late at night, and they offered to make us something to eat. He put out a wonderful spread of cold cuts, cheese and bread. It was great! The rooms are large and clean with a comfortable bed. The views are fantastic. There is parking if you need it. We only stayed one night, but we wished we could have stayed another. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We loved our stay. Slightly out of Sorrento but that made for a lovely quiet trip but with Sorrento walking distance away. The hotel was modern, clean and with great casual restaurants close by .. but what made it AMAZING was the staff who were without exception WONDERFUL.. helpful, friendly and cheerful.. they were great. One receptionist even walked us to show us the location of a beach club and bar after we asked for recommendations.. we loved our stay and will return."

"An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Large rooms and I’m not sure about all of them, but ours looked right out over the ocean. It was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and there was a good assortment at breakfast. We really enjoyed the outdoor terrace in the evening, watching the moonlight shine over the water and seeing the twinkling lights in the distance. Will recommend to anyone heading in this direction and such a nicer place to stay than in Sorrento where the crowds are quite overwhelming."
