I had a wonderful stay at the Fontainbleau. However there were some issues with the elevators in my tower being down which was very time consuming. But aside from this I would definitely recommend the property. Safe, clean, and very fun. It's a wonderful location that also has lots of dining options and a lively atmosphere.

The room was very clean with an amazing view. The amenities were exceptional. Specifically the pool area. Had to wait one extra hour for staff to clean room before check-in.

Really disappointed in the pool area as people left trash throughout the day- including baby dirty diapers under the lawn chairs, plastic empty cups, food and utensils. Kids were unattended by parents in large groups- boys playing unsafe in the kiddie pool and other pool area. Opted out of the daily cleaning fee as this was an extra $190. Our room as clean and bathroom was nice and large. Wish there were more storage for clothes. For the amount of $ that we paid, I expected more and was super disappointed.

We had a great time at the hotel. Beautiful location, great amenities, etc. I had my 3 small kids with me, they had fun. Only reason for 4 stars is the issue we had with mini-bar charges: apparently, every time you wiggle something at the mini-bar shelf (like a gummy bear jar) they charge you. And I am not talking the fridge, I am talking a shelf! Any slight movement equals a charge. So, needless to say, we didnt eat anything from that mini-bar, yet got all the charges. I think it is very petty for a hotel of this price level. Your guests already pay a lot and spend oodles of money at the restaurants, by the pool, etc. No need to use such silly scam techniques to get a bit more out of your guest here and there. And please open the kids playground! Our kids had a blast because they played with my friends' kids. They would be bored if it was just them I think.

We had a building in front of us that I was not aware we would have. Do the view was a little bit bad, but was not terrible at the same time. One other thing was the main pool was closed for repair. Wish we would have known prior.

I only choose this hotel because it’s convenient for Miami’s best nightclub and we were celebrating my birthday there. For 6 people staying in one room, we were left with one roll of toilet paper for 4 days. We called the front desk to ask for waters, and they told us they couldn’t accommodate us. That we’d have to leave the property to go buy some or order it from uber eats. They couldn’t even sell us some or give us complimentary water at the front desk? I thought the customer service here was terrible.

DO NOT BOOK. This property is privately owned and operated. Managed by a company called Ero Rentals. STAY AWAY. The washroom was absolutely disgusting. Full of rust, black mold, and mildew. There wasn’t much the hotel could do because it wasn’t booked with them. The rental company was a nightmare to deal with. Didn’t use the shower once all week. Absolutely disgusting.

We found dirty pillow cover on our bed
We couldn’t sleep at night because of a weird noise coming from the refrigerator and the refrigerator did not work we had to throw away all the foods that we brought for 4 days
We sent an email with attached video of the noise but they keep giving us the runaround
The tub was dirty we had to wait for them to send housekeeper to clean it
The hair dryer stopped working
Adding to that someone from the cleaning staff was banging at the door around 9:30 am to kick us out when my check out was at 11am

The resort itself is very nice, lots of amenities and beach access. The specific room we got however gave us problems the whole time and since it was a privately owned room, the hotel was limited on how they could help or compensate us. The toilet didn’t work the whole time despite multiple requests and “repairs”, outlet by the bed didn’t work and the sitting area lamp didn’t work. This room was too expensive to have those problems, very disappointed. I will not get a privately owned room next time.
