"Nice stay - pretty expensive overall. We had breakfast once and noticed some poor preparation with dirty plates etc. although the food selection was ok. Waymo self-drive cars had some difficulty getting out of the place for some reason - which was quite entertaining."

"Some earlier reviews on this site complained about a dropoff in service and overall upkeep. Whatever the issues back then, they seemed to have resolved. Everything is back to its normal excellence, particularly the service. Excellent front desk staff, and terrific pool attendants, including my server Paris, who was great. Very happy with my most recent stay."

"I liked the chic vibe and decor. The room was dirty specially the couch, it looked like it had been puked on so we had to cover it with towels. The bathroom locks didn’t work. The room telephone didn’t work. I asked them to fix it, engineering came but could not fix it and did not come back to fix it during our 3 nights stay. Some of the light fixtures were not working. The vanity light would cut off if the bathroom door was closed, so we had to keep the bathroom door open so the light won’t turn off while we were putting make up on."
