"Madrid is small, reachable from everywhere. A bit too close to congress and “Sol Square” riots area, avoid during political tense times. All over I usually stay there."

"Great hotel elegant boutique and private not massive more personalized."

"Great vibe and location. Delicious breakfast."

"This IS a great hotel! Clean and tastefully furnished facilities, spotless, great roof top and restaurant in the heart of Madrid! Best part is the staff and service. I was truly impressed as a hotel connoisseur! The staff is one of the best part of this gem. I’ll be back because this is a regular route for me!"

"Great location! Clean facility. Room was listed as “courtyard view” but my room had a view of other rooms and a wall! Bed was uncomfortable and shower was great. No concierge services. Room access key didn’t work 50% of the time. I loved Madrid and the location, but would not recommend."

"The pool and spa facilities are glorious"

The bathroom door was heavy and the odd door handle made it difficult for a strong man to open. We also did not have a window to the outside. Our window faced an interior courtyard that was enclosed. Horrible room that is unsafe in case of an evacuation emergency. The bathroom counter was very small and will not accommodate 2 people’s...

"Muy bien situado. Muy buen desayuno La habitación superior era de buen tamaño y en buenas condiciones Le falta remodelación por ejemplo a las escaleras de la entrada y elevadores"

"I would definitely recommend this place. It’s central to everything. Additional… It’s not a hotel, it gives the vibe of a hostel! I was surprised when I went. Eventually, it grew on me."
