"I would never stay here again. We checked in, saw the condition of the room, and left the same night. The room was disgusting. There was something on the wall next to the toilet, the shower was dirty, the window shades were stained and discolored, and the AC unit had multiple pieces missing. It felt extremely unsanitary and nothing like what you would expect for the price. This place is essentially a run-down motel and is absolutely not worth the cost. The only positive part of our experience was a staff member named Anton. He was incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager never contacted us back even though we left our phone number. We are grateful to Expedia for helping us resolve the situation. If you are considering booking here, I strongly recommend choosing somewhere else. The staff member who helped us was the only bright spot in an otherwise very disappointing experience. The owners really need to invest in cleaning up and restoring this property. "

"I had to move rooms four different times because of roaches. I would open the door with the key card and turn on the lights and a roach would be looking at me on the floor. Went to next room and i thought it was fine until i took a shower. Next thing i know baby roaches were coming from the drain after i showered in large numbers! I hurried up put my clothes on and left. Next two rooms were the same. Im disabled and on crutches with no car. So i had to stay. The room service ladies never do a good job. They would never give me fresh towels to clean myself ever unless i called the front office and even then it takes hours for them to show up and when they do they give me towels that are dirty. And to cap it off the front desk clerk took my deposit and never gave ut back qhen i checked out so when i get back i will get my 50 dollars back. So dont come here. Thus place needs to be demolished because of roach infestations "

"I traveled for business and arrived late. At almost midnight, someone was at the front desk to check me in. The standard room had all the amenities I needed and was clean and comfortable. This property was clean and located in a good area with easy access to I-5 and lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. "
