"The staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was clean. It was great to have kitchen facilities. Although we were outside the centre of Bern, the public transport was excellent so we were in the centre in no time. It was quite an unusual hotel in some ways but it was a fantastic base to explore beautiful Bern."

"The apartment was sparkling clean. The beds were somewhat comfortable, but too soft. We did not have washcloths. It was nice having the washer dryer and dishwasher and the location was terrific."

"It was so comfy and clean and having a kitchen with a grocery store right next door was awesome after travelling in very expensive country was lovely!
The checkin process was automatic at a machine at front desk and even tho two live people were in attendance you still had to do the very finicky process on the machine at front and wait for the machine to send the info to the two live people st the front desk! Very impersonal and weird!And only two “welcome free coffee pods” in your room for...
