"The Trunk Motel was perfect for our one-night stop-over in Sault Ste Marie. Convenient location, and although it is close to a major roadway, we found it to offer a fairly quiet night's rest. The check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and even had crystal wine glasses! The coffee maker, fridge and microwave were a nice touch. We would stay here again."

"Acquired a room with handicap accessible amenities. Couldn’t use Shower. No grab bars. Bathtub was too tall to climb in. Spoke with front desk staff. She indicated there were many levels of accessible. What a load of beans."

"Our room was renovated, so that was nice. A very lovely view of the water! And a nice area to take the dog. A few minor things like broken screens (so we couldn't open the windows), loud bathroom fan, and broken picnic table in the yard made it look a bit rough. The person at the desk when we checked in kept yelling at the staff. He seemed unhappy."
