"Our room was spacious, clean and towels etc were changed twice each day. The balcony had an amazing view of Capri. The staff were incredibly attentive and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they even provided a wrap for my wife when the weather turned cold one evening. I used the gym each day and whilst the equipment was basic, the gym was quiet and there were adequate weights, mats and running machines. The sauna was also great to go in after the gym. Breakfast each day was great....

"We had a first-class experience at this hotel. The room was large and very comfortable, with beautiful blue and white decor and tile work. We appreciated the stunning rooftop bar and the generous breakfast. We asked the reception staff for help with activities and restaurant recommendations, and they were very helpful. To get to the hotel from the ferry, (from Naples) we walked from the port to the right past the beach clubs, and took the public lift up to the city center. It was a €1,20 fee but...

"We just got back from staying 6 nights at the Boutique Hotel Helios in Sorrento, Italy. Our room and the rest of the hotel was extremely clean. The fixtures in our bathroom looked to be new or updated and was extremely clean. Our room had a balcony with a small table and two chairs with a beautiful view of the bay and Mount Vesuvius. Just beautiful! All staff that we encountered were extremely pleasant, personable and extremely helpful from the front desk personnel to the young male bar tender...
