Beautiful view and peaceful

"We stayed from 6/18-6/23/25. The staff are so friendly, always greeting you with a smile and hello. Francisco and Lucia at the front desk (everyone) always helpful. Very clean and pristine smaller hotel with great service and concern. Always available for any questions you have regarding bus, train or tours. Bus stop is also conveniently in the front of hotel. Amazing view of Capri breakfast very good with scrambled/hard boiled eggs, Italian meats, pastries, fruit, yogurt and more. Coffee machines were awesome with any coffee you desire. Restaurant for dinner was also very good. Pool was clean and bartender, Rueben, was amazing with his positive upbeat personality, delicious and well garnished drinks. Pool was not crowded most of the time. Very quiet and serene place. We would definitely come again!"

"I booked several rooms for a group of seven friends and family! Even before we arrived the customer service was impeccable! They assisted me in booking excursions, room assignments and answering a plethora of questions I had before arrival! Once we arrived, they assisted us with all of our luggage (which was A LOT), they allowed us to check in very early and had our rooms available and near one another. They also allowed us to eat breakfast upon arrival! The rooms were clean, cute and exactly as stated when booking. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Not only did the rooms and amenities make the stay but so did the ENTIRE staff! The staff and their customer service was the highlight! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond! I definitely will be back sooner than later! "

"Relais Blu is a stunning hotel, the view from the terrace and the pool is breathtaking. The staff are all very welcoming, they are friendly and polite, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is very good, every choice you could wish for, all of a very high standard. The rooms are amazing, very large, all with beautiful views. "

"This stay has been the highlight of our trip! Valentina and family were so kind and welcoming. I must admit that the only frustration we had was the transportation to and from the property as it was at least 50 euro every time we wanted to come or go. It is not possible to walk to Sorrento and it is at the top of a winding steep road with switchbacks. The taxi drivers are crooks and would quote you one thing and charge you more. There is a bus that will get you to the bottom of the hill but you still would have to hike up and down the steep hill with all of your stuff which would be very difficult. It would be good if the property offered a one time shuttle into and back from Sorrento daily as the extra 100 euro a day was not anticipated. We had dinner at the property twice which was amazing and breakfast was delicious as well. The beds and pillows were not comfortable but we are used to softer beds and pillows. The scenery was possibly the most beautiful we have seen out of all of the places we have stayed in Europe and is such a hidden gem. "
