"Great location and great rate. Included breakfast is nice and was as expected, except waffles as noted below. Hotel was mostly clean, but there was a stain on the sheets. Teflon coating on waffle maker peeled off badly into my waffle, I threw it away and skipped waffles. "I loved everything about the resort. No complaints at all. 10 out of 10.."

"Nice breakfast, clean room, welcoming staff . Pleasant visit"

"Check in was terrible. Instructions from Expedia didn't work. Staff wasn't helpful. Room shows its age. Not a good value for off season. TV was not user friendly. Remote didn't work well. Not many channels. Lighting in room was not good."

"Very clean room, friendly staff, and breakfast was above average!"

"Good coffee and quick breakfast"

"All staff were courteous, helpful. Breakfast was good. Balcony view of ocean was beautiful. Great housekeeping staff!"

The room lighting was also very limited, with only lamps available, which made the room feel quite dark. Additionally, the refrigerator in my room was rusty and was not working when I arrived at check in @4pm. I...
