"Especially the staff makes this hotel unique. The employees are very kind and such helpful guys. Each of them is friendly but also open for a little chat. Unfortunately our first room was smelling really badly, but the receptionist reacted perfectly and gave us directly a new room which was without any problems. We tried two of the three restaurants as well as the in-house bar. The Thai restaurant was absolutely fantastic and so was the Konan Cafe (Indian restaurant). Another highlight was...

"Lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are two restaurants, one on the rooftop with bar. There is also a cafe serving the best coffee I have had in India. The hotel is impeccably clean, stylish and tastefully decorated. It was also convenient for me, located between the airport and central Mumbai."

"I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money."
