Yeah its not bad

It is what it is, the location is brilliant the facilities are reasonable for the price. Good for solo travellers or those who don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room and want to explore the city. The bed was fine, the room was fine the building was maintained.

The check in machine seemed easy until we got to our room and our keycard did not work. We then were stuck waiting for over 30 minutes just trying to contact hotel staff because there was no one on site to help us. The same thing happened the second day of our stay when the keycard stopped working again. One of the bathrooms in our room was also out of service and the other one was so small that the door didn’t fully open. We also found cockroaches in our room.

Smoke smelly room

The room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, it was unbearable. The head piece of the bed started to vibrate out of nowhere. Extremely noisy. I wouldn't go back there. I recommend everyone to think it twice before coming here.

There is no reception desk staffed by people. You have to communicate by WhatsApp. The first room was terrible and nothing like what was shown in the pics. It was dark with 1 window and 2 separate beds. However, we asked them to swap the room with another that had 2 big doors and natural light. This was accommodated. Would not reccomend this place. Only plus was the price was low.

A pesar que la gente de limpieza y recepción son muy amables, el estado del hotel no es bueno. Necesita un upgrade. En mi habitación, cuando ponías la tarjeta para encender las luces, venía un zumbido muy molesto del cuadro de luces. Tuve que quitar la tarjeta y el aire acondicionado para poder dormir… y hacía un calor horrible este fin de semana. Les recomendaría que le hicieran una puesta a punto, pues la localización es perfecta para pasar unos días en Madrid

Que PÉSIMA experiencia! NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA El lugar nada que ver con las fotos, súper pequeño, sucio (paredes manchadas, pelo en la regadera), horas para poder entrar (no podíamos entrar nosotros ni otro de los huéspedes que estaba afuera), hay muchísimo ruido de afuera, la cama es muy dura, sucia e incómoda, solo tiene una almohada, en el baño no cabes ni en la regadera ni en la taza. El olor de afuera en los pasillos es horrible. Es el peor lugar en el que me he quedado sin duda.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I e been in Madrid quite a few times. The photos are deceptive and the room was really tiny, the bathroom even more so (we are skim and it was a tight fit!). There is NO receptionist despite the photo that shows a desk with a jets in; check in is with a machine that takes a long time and corks be very confusing. There are no amenities of any sorts. The bathroom door doesn’t move easily and is ridiculously out of adjustment and disrepair. With all the options available in this area, this should be your last one! Not worth the money.

Hacer el check in fue una mala pesadilla de más de dos horas. No nos pusieron la cama separada como habíamos contratado. Por más que llamé para ver si se podía arreglar, me ignoraron hasta en 5 ocasiones diciendo que lo arreglaban y nunca ocurrió. Convivimos con una simpática cucaracha. Los vecinos se quejan al ver a los huéspedes estar en el pasillo. Hay varios bares de copas justo en la portería y dormir se hace imposible ya que había un terremoto constante hasta cerca de las 5am. Es el peor sitio del universo. Por tu salud física y mental ve lejos de este alojamiento.

Deberían cerrar este supuesto establecimiento

Sin calefacción toda la estancia con temperaturas de 0 grados en la calle. Contacto para que la arreglen y me dicen que vienen. Un día tras otro me dicen que vienen y nunca llegan. No limpian la habitación hasta el ultimo día (4 noche de estancia) y por que les insisto. Llegan a bloquear mi numero para que no les moleste. Al llamar con numero oculto sí me responden. No cuentan con recepción así que no puedes poner hoja de reclamaciones que por suerte sí se puede rellenar en la web de la Comunidad de Madrid. La cama con el colchón hundido, con un zumbido constante de maquinaria y con la puerta al lado golpeando cada vez que entra o sale alguien. Una cosa positiva: Hubo agua caliente en la ducha en todo momento. Es el siguiente paso para convertirlo en Auschwitz, apagar el agua caliente. Por 5€ más la noche hay sitios con propietarios decentes en los alrededores. Tenía otra reserva con ellos en julio y la he cancelado. Nunca más.

Horrific experience. We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by sheets with cigarette burns in, stains on the surfaces, mucas on the wall, exposed wires and more. We instantly informed the hotel that we would not be staying. They told us to send pictures and we did immediately. They didn't reply. When I asked them two days later about the situation regarding a refund, they said that they would not be refunding us because it wasn't confirmed the moment, even though we followed the instructions. Dreadful rooms and dreadful service.

It could have a better maintenance. Some painting and new furniture and bedding. The blanket was old but clean. Pillows were horrible. Good and clean towels. I probably do not return because the pictures didn't match the rooms.
