Excellent location to walk around the Center of Madrid, too many places to eat, enterteainment and shop. The rooms and the price are very recommended for the tourists that don't want to waste their time in a hotel room and just need to recover after a productive day!

Clean and modern rooms in a great location.

We stayed in this hostel twice during our summer travel through Spain, once as we began our road trip and again at the end. The hostel has rooms in the building were check-in is done and in a building across the street. Both rooms were clean and in great shape. The person at the check-in desk was friendly and helpful. The location is great, right next to the plaza where the New Year Eve ball drop takes place and an entrance to the Metro is located. We will definitely try to book this hostel when we visit Madrid again.

I like the coffee kettle, I like the neighbours who are quiet. The building is at a convenient location which let you visit a lot of landmark in a morning. You are also enjoy a night at your room, be careful not all room includes balcony. The view is out of a window.

Very centrally located. Caretaker Ramon was very friendly. Room was small but clean. Bathroom was newly remodeled. Being on a quiet back street, it did attract homeless people though we never felt unsafe. The room could have had a garbage can other than in the bathroom.

This property is in a great location, right next to Puerta del Sol, very close to Plaza Mayor, and Mercado San Miguel, which makes it very convenient and walkable from many of Madrid Landmarks. Unfortunately the twin beds in my room were not comfortable, pillows very stiff, and two out of the three nights very loud from rooms next door/or above - party like, no music, but multiple people and loud voices, which made it inconvenient for a restful night with two children. (Ear plugs helped)

My stay was very good, check in and check out very convenience and room was clean and met expectations. The only comments was bed was short for 6'5" person and the bathroom cabinet door was broken as well as tissue fixture. Other than those items, was a good experience.

The beds were hard as a rock. When going to our room, we had to walk through a cleaning supply room. The walls were so thin we could hear the conversation of the people in the next room. Not the place for a 60-year-old woman who Is used to hotels with amenities and comfort.
