My apartment was a converted loft area. If you are tall you hit your head on the ceiling. It is a well equipped apartment and clean. Good Metro connections lines 1/2 on the door step. Overall good value for money for short stays

The apartment was lovely and had everything I needed and was so clean! The only improvement I can think of is if the emails could be sent in Spanish and English so I wouldn't have to translate them. But just a minor comment, the flat was brilliant and communication was very easy, thank you!!

La habitacion excelente, el baño muy pequeño. Lo unico negativo Y MUCHO !! NO TIENE ASCENSOR !! TUVIMOS QUE SUBIR 48 ESCALONES (ROOM 9B) CON UNA MALETA DE 22KG MAS OTRA PEQUEÑA. LO MISMO CADA VEZ QUE SALIAS. Yo tengo 73 años Esto no estaba indicado en HOTELES.COM ni nos locomunicaron tampoco en T-homes Cuenca. Repito la habitación excelente . Pero nunca nos mencionaron la realidad del edificio para las habitaciones en los piso altos.

La decoración está pensada al mínimo detalle. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar: plancha, secador, menaje, tostadora, tetera,... Lo único malo es que la puerta del portal no funciona muy bien y cuesta abrir y hay un extractor en el baño que se conecta de vez en cuando y hace ruido. Hay tapones en las mesillas de cortesía.
