"It would help if the check-in form was populated with the required information if it is known, especially when arriving in the early hours of the morning. The table lamp had loose connections at the lamp holder and base, which could not have been missed by cleaning staff. The toilet was difficult to flush. Lack of three pin socket near the bed for medical equipment as previously used standard lamp socket had been converted to a round pin fitting. USB-A sockets by the bedsides. New room thermostat provided but guesswork on how to use it, as no instructions visible."

"Good clean room with plenty of storage space and usual facilities ( tea making/ iron/ hair dryer); nice roomy en-suite and plentiful hot water. Maybe I’m a fussy health freak, but I didn’t enjoy the breakfasts—no fresh fruit, quality juice, or muesli ; the cooked options were unappealing and the bread poor. Pleased to say the spa treatments were excellent with good choices and facilities. The therapists were quietly pleasant and efficient. The staff generally were welcoming and helpful"
