"I recently stayed at this hotel in Bangkok and found the overall experience to be average. The staff were a highlight of the stay, particularly the reception team, who were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. However, there were several issues that significantly impacted my experience. The pool area was particularly disappointing. During my stay, Thai boxing sessions were held there, with loud shouting accompanying the training. This created a disruptive atmosphere that is not appropriate for a five-star hotel environment, especially in a space where guests expect to relax. Additionally, there was an issue with my order at the pool. I ordered two snacks and two mango juices but only received one juice, while still being charged for both. Although this was eventually resolved at checkout, it took an additional 20 minutes, which was frustrating and avoidable. Bangkok offers many excellent five-star hotels, so based on this experience, I would be unlikely to return unless improvements are made, particularly in maintaining a more relaxing pool environment and ensuring better accuracy in service and billing."
