"The staff was very nice. I had expressed that my dad is disabled and we would’ve liked a first floor room. In fairness the hotel wrote back to say that the ADA room would’ve cost $70 more and my parents opted to pass on the extra cost. When they arrived, they were assigned to the THIRD FLOOR! With no elevator, I’m disappointed that they already had the information and still placed them on the top floor. They could have at least assigned them the second floor room. "We really enjoyed our one night stay here prior to embarking. The space is clean and perfect for two people. Felt safe behind both our door and the gates to the property. The area feels very local, and provided a good walking spot to explore during the day. The staff was amazing and offered a lot of assistance. if you were expecting a Hilton room with everything that this place may not be for you it’s a great place to travel to and super close to the beach.
