"It wasn't easy getting to the hotel the detection should be more especially"

"Unfortunately, the room had a few issues. There was way too much light coming into the room from both around the four sides of the door as well as through the window as one of the two shades was inoperable. The bed was not comfortable. The AC unit was difficult to regulate and blew directly on our heads. They also have a rule that no food can be taken from the breakfast area. My wife wasn't feeling up to coming down in time for breakfast. Someone else had the same plight. They told him no. I...

"Hotel was basic. Needed it because it was close to the airport. Checkin was easy and staff was friendly. Lots of places to est nearby. Fine place to stay if catching an early flight."

"Shower leaked all over the room but they provided extra towels for clean up. When we went to check out no one was at the desk and no one answered the phone and we almost missed our flight waiting for them."

"The hotel was great! The staff was friendly and went the extra to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The hotel was easy access to shopping and restaurants. The beach service was too notch from the chairs to food and drinks! Great place to stay!"

"Room was clean and decorated well, the bed was not comfortable it sagged in the middle. We ran out of water a couple of times but they worked diligently to get it rectified. This is great for people who don't want to stay at a huge resort, but do not recommend if you are looking for more comfortable stay and more amenities. There was an access to a very nice beach just down the street."

"Our room and the hotel itself were very clean and well decorated. In addition to the relaxing nature of the lobby, the rooftop area, complete with hammocks and tables for lounging was a great experience. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very relaxing. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to friends and family."

"Check in was really easy and the room was spotless. The doors were really well built and installed, which meant that the room stayed cool and we never saw any bugs come in, which I was personally impressed with."

"This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!"
