Number one on my list of importance in the guest house is the Wi-Fi. And the Wi-Fi at this guest house is super. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and freshly painted. The building might be a little older, but it is kept in wonderful condition. I love this guest house. Furthermore it is so close to the markets.

ゲストハウス街の中にあるので、メコン川岸、旧市街や市場の中心までは徒歩10分くらいで着きますのである程度は徒歩圏内でした。近くには飲料や食べ物を売っている商店もあります。部屋はきれいでしたが、難点はシャワーヘッドが節水タイプみたいだったのと、部屋の鍵が解錠施錠しずらかった点以外は全て快適でした。

立地的にも中心部に歩いていける距離。 エアコン、冷蔵庫、シャワー、テレビなどちゃんとあります。 レンタル自転車もありますし、ツアーの申し込みもできます。 スタッフも英語で親切に対応してくれました。

Quiet guesthouse only two minutes walk to many riverside restaurants and five minutes walk to the night market. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Staff wasn't overly friendly but they were always very helpful with our questions and making bookings. We found some of their tour/transport services advertised to be quite overpriced while others were right on so just make sure you look around at one or two other places before booking anything.

스탭들 친절하고 저렴하게 꽝시폭포도 다녀왔습니다. 세탁서비스도 이용했는데 광장히 만족합니다. 방에 환풍기로 모기가 들어와 잘때 모기기피제와 홈매트는 필수 입니다.

Hôtel très bien placé, au coeur de la ville mais dans une ruelle calme. Accueil plus ou moins sympathique selon les jours... Peu d'informations intéressantes à attendre du staff. Chambre très propre, avec serviettes de toilette et gel de douche à disposition + eau chaude + climatisation (un peu bruyante) et ventilateur. Nous étions seuls à l'étage et n'avons pas souffert de la mauvaise insonorisation... Literie confortable. 2 bouteilles d'eau offerte par jour. Terrasse agréable, avec possibilité d'y prendre les repas.

Try to be polite but many things to be repaired

They fill up water and towers every day, but many things need to be repair. especially air condition was only half worked so I had to turn on the ceiling fan, some part oak decorations are fall apart. For this part they cannot fix but I wished balcony for each room they offer.
