It was very quite there. 50 meters from the night mkt in one direction and 50 meters from the morning mkt in the other. Friendly staff and very, very clean. Excellent value for money.

Friendly Laos

Centrally located, clean and quiet, great shower with safe and fridge. Free bikes available and I LOVED no plastic water bottles ( from big cooler glass bottles provided). Owner was very helpful with train transfers and printing off visas. Will stay there again

エクスペディアの地図が間違えていたため、迷いました。実際は、一本東の道沿いにあります。また、ホテルでツアーを申し込みましたが、チケットが渡されなかったため、ツアーがスムーズに進みませんでした。ツアー中は担当者が次々と変わりますので、毎回チケットが渡されなかったこと、申し込んだツアーの内容を説明しなければなりませんでした。チケットの発券を求めるか、周りにはツアー会社がたくさんありますので、ツアー会社に申し込むか、いずれかがベターです、ら

Great stay in October 2019. Firstly, good location, in a calm small road net to the main street - at night, you just take some steps and jump into the Night Market. Secondly, the place is clean and cozy, with privacy. Lastly, and above all, staff very kind, helpful and supportive. They helped me with the booking with the van to the Kuang Si falls and the transfer to the airport. During one of the tours, I've lost my smartphone and I contacted the hotel so they could help me to find - they helped me right away and I got it back a few hours later.

Hoangさんのホスピタリティについて宿泊された方々のコメントが沢山ありましたが、Hoangさんは朝6時から夜10時まで365日休みなしで働いているにも関わらず、いつもニコニコ自然体で爽やかな笑顔で対応してくれ、彼がいるだけでクイーンズハウスに泊まって良かったと思えるくらい素晴らしいホスピタリティです。口コミから年配の方を想像していましたが、20代くらいの若い方だったのでビックリしました。外から帰るとドリンクを持って来てくれ、ランドリーサービスをお願いすると少量だから無料で良いと言ってくれ、水を買いたいと言ったら無料でボトルの水をくれ、帰りも荷物を持って道路まで見送りしてくれました。クイーンズハウスはHosngさんの叔母さんがオーナーだそうで、Hoangさんがいる間はクイーンズハウスは一押しですが、Hoangさんはルアンプラバンの方ではないそうで、ルアンプラバンにはお友達が数人しかいないので他の街に移りたいと言っていました。Hoangさんあってのクイーンズハウスだと思いますので、是非Hoangさんがいるうちにクイーンズハウスに泊まられる事をオススメします。１つ追記すると、他の方の口コミにもありましたがクイーンズハウス前の小道にはゴミが沢山捨ててあり汚いのが残念です。

English is below まずは立地が最高。ナイトマーケット、朝市、托鉢、すべて至近距離。（なんならお宿はナイトマーケット内にある感覚です。）またホスピタリティー溢れるスタッフも素敵です。３泊しましたがマンゴーシェイクを何度も作ってくれました。ラグジュアリーホテルではありませんが、シャワー、ベッド、トイレ、エアコン、wi-fiなど、特に使い勝手の悪さもなく、非常にコスパの良いお宿だと思いました！私がまたルアンパバーンに行くならまたここにします。 Most of all, location is perfect. It's really easy to go to famous spot- night market,morning market and monk's morning ceremony. And the staff is also perfect for me. He made me lovely mango juice and recommended to me nice restaurant. Here is not luxury hotel, but really confort place to stay. I love here.
