Pool was a bit cold, but nice outdoor area, close to the river and walking around. Nice staff, they helped book our taxi to the train station. Daily housekeeping & free water. Beautiful room with a balcony.

6年ぶりに2度目の宿泊をしましたが、最悪の体験でした。 1. トイレもシャワーも使えず、下水の臭いがする部屋に泊まることになりました。 2. このVillaは、スタッフ同士が連絡を取れていないようです。 3. Expediaから送った質問に返信が来ませんでした。 6年前に宿泊した時は、ラオススタイルの素敵な部屋で、もう一度泊まりたいと思い予約をしました。 このゲストハウスは3棟を経営しているようです。 今回はチェックインの時に、予約時の写真に無かった新館の部屋に案内されました。 Villa Namkhan Riverと同じ経営者なので、同じ宿泊施設だと説明をされました。 女性オーナーに部屋の交換を頼むと、「１晩でしょ？ゲストハウスだもの。部屋を変えるなら差額を払ってね？」と言われました。 1. ラオススタイルではない新館の部屋に着くと、すぐに洗面台とシャワーの水が出なくなりました。 スタッフに伝えると、「ポンプが故障している。僕の部屋もでない。5分後に使えるようになる。」と言われました。 結果、5分間だけ水が出て、一晩トイレもシャワーも使えませんでした。下水の匂いのする部屋で寝ることになりました。 2. フロントでレンタルバイクを前日予約しましたが、翌朝伝わっていなくて、3棟ある宿泊施設のどこで予約したかを聞いて、確認の電話をしていました。 予約時間をかなり過ぎてからバイクが届きました。 帰りのルアンパバーン駅までの乗合バンを前日予約・支払いをしたのですが、伝わっていなくて二重請求されました。 払ったと伝えると、スタッフに聞きに行っていました。 全くスタッフ同士で連絡が取れていないようです。 3. 事前に電車の予約や部屋のシャワーについて、Expediaを通してメッセージを送りましたが、返信が来ませんでした。 国際電話で問い合わせましたが、「確認して返信します」というだけで、返信は来ませんでした。 6年前は良かったのですが…。 今から予約される方は是非、他の口コミも参考になさってください。 実際にあった事だけを書いておきます。 どうぞ、皆さんは良い旅を！

部屋は綺麗で、朝食は美味しかったです。 ただ、バルコニー付きの部屋を6泊予約していたのに、ダブルブッキングだったようで最初の2日は別の部屋になってしまいました。それについて返金や謝罪等はありませんでした。 また、トイレットペーパーやシャンプーの補充がなかった日があり（伝えたら貰えましたが）、サービス面は少し不満が残りました。

Es war wie beschrieben alles vorhanden wie beschrieben, aber auf einem unterdurchschnittlichen Niveau. Basic aber sauber Alles vorhanden mit Einschränkungen. Sauber. Gutes Frühstück. Mein Einzelzimmer war mit 15 m² einschließlich Bad+Toilette sehr klein. Dusche in der Toilette, so dass bei Benutzung alles überschwemmt. Der Safe geht nicht. Keine Sitzgelegenheit. Wackelnden Wasserhahn habe ich selbst repariert – er sitzt jetzt fest. Total überbewertet.

Just okay.

This hotel was just okay. It served the purpose of a place to sleep at night. The pancakes at breakfast were excellent. However, the service was mediocre. Some of the staff were outright rude. There was rarely anyone at the desk and it was very difficult to find someone to assist you. Additionally, we requested a car to the airport (a day in advance) and they forgot, forcing us to wake them up in order to call transportation.

目立たないけど静かな環境です！

名前の通りナムハン川の畔です。ナイトマーケットには市中を大回りしますが狭い街ゆえ苦にならない。大きなスーパーが出来て必要なモノは間に合いますし近くの店では高レート(円もバーツも)で両替出来ます。朝食も付くのでお得感有りです！

Easy to walk to from Post Office/Dara market where minivans from Vang Vieng drop you off. No aircon but ceiling fan was adequate. Good pancakes for breakfast!

Greit hotell i rolig område med gåavstand til alt

Greit hotell litt uten for gamle byen sentrum. Gåavstand til alt. Rolig område. Muligheter for booking av turer. Vi booket privat tur til Kuang Si Water Falls og mini van til Vang Vieng. Anbefaler å dra til Kuang Si før gruppeturene. Vi reiste kl 8:00 og rakk frem ca 30 min før massene ankom. Privat sjåføren ventet på oss så lenge vi ville og kjørte oss til et sted i Luang Prabang for å spise lunsj etter turen. Ang. Mini van til Vang Vieng så er hotellet er midt i ruten for å plukke opp reisende til Vang Vieng. Vi fikk sete bakerst i mini van.
